Hope Springs Therapy Services, PLLC CMTE Grievance Policy
Hope Springs Therapy Services, PLLC advances embodied and evidence-based therapeutic practices through providing psychotherapists and music therapists engaging continuing education experiences and workshops.
Individuals who participate in a CMTE course provided by Hope Springs Therapy Services, PLLC have a right to file a grievance.
Participants must provide written documentation of the complaint, outline the problem as perceived, and state the preferred solution within 14 days of CMTE offering.
Mail the grievance letter to: Hope Springs Therapy Services, PLLC, #230, 4711 Hope Valley Rd., Ste. 4F, Durham, NC 27707.
Once the grievance letter is received, Hannah Lingafelt will review the information and respond in writing within 14 days of receiving the grievance.
If you disagree with the resolution of the grievance, you have the right to appeal the decision.
State the reasons for your appeal in a letter and mail it to Hope Springs Therapy Services, PLLC.
The appeal will be reviewed and responded to in writing within 14 days of receipts.
If the grievance is still not resolved satisfactorily, you have the right to ask the CBMT Continuing Education Committee to address the unresolved grievance.
Hope Springs Therapy Services, PLLC CMTE Cancellation Policy
Sixty (60) days prior to the opportunity, registrants will receive a full refund of registration fee.
Thirty (30) days prior to the opportunity, registrants will receive a 50% refund of their registration fee.
Two weeks prior to the opportunity, registrants will receive 25% refund of their registration fee.
Participants forced to withdraw for medical/emergency reasons may be eligible to receive a prorated refund.
